Bill MacDonald
CEO and Co-Founder
Bill is a US Army Veteran where he served as an Infantryman and visited far away lands. After his military service ended, he began his career in Law Enforcement in 1995 and has over 25 years of experience. Bill has been assigned to a variety of duty assignments including Patrol, SWAT, FTO, Firearms and Tactics Instructor, Narcotics and Major Crimes Detective, Crime Scene and Traffic Collision Investigations as well as being a DRE and DUI & Drug Influence Instructor. Bill has provided expert witness services and consultation in regard to Drug Related Offenses, Drug Influence, Cannabis Effects on Driving and Firearms Cases. He has developed training curriculum related to Cannabis Use and Impairment.
Dave Mustard
CFO and Co-Founder
Dave has over 30 years of successful Law Enforcement experience as a both a Law Enforcement Officer and Law Enforcement Supervisor. Dave has held assignments in Patrol, K9, Motors, DUI unit, Collision Investigation, Narcotics, Community Response Unit, Street Team, Field Training Officer, DAR, DUI and Drug Influence Instructor as well as other drug/narcotic related topics. In addition to the assignments noted, Dave has provided expert testimony and consultation on drug related cases ranging from sales, possession and use. Dave has also provided presentations to civic groups, schools, youth sports programs, High School and College on performance enhancing drugs as well as drug and alcohol abuse.
Tom Sprinkle
Medical Director
Tom is a retired Major from the US Air Force Reserve with time on active duty. Tom has combat medical experience from is deployments OCONUS and served as a SWAT Doctor for a Federal LE Tactical Team for over 10 years. He is a graduate of Dartmouth Medical School and a Board Certified Emergency Medical Physician with extensive civilian ER experience.
